Topps, 58, of Rt. 2, Baldwin, died Sunday at the Oak Village Care Center, after being a patient a short time. She was born February 11, 1923, in Jefferson, Ohio, to Charles and Margaret (Telford) Allen.  She was a former resident of Morenci, and moved to Baldwin three years ago. She is survived by her husband, Elton and five sons, Charles Barver and James Hanks, both of Warren, Ohio, Pasquale DiCenso, Jr., and David DiCenso, both of Morenci and Elton Joe Topps, of Monroe; four daughters, Mrs. George (Hazel) Grec and Mrs. John (Betty) Plevick of Warren Ohio, Mrs. Leonare (Marlene) Frosch of Toledo and Mrs. William (Marilyn) Schmidt of Morenci; two step sisters; 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Charles Fink Funeral Home in Morenci with Rev. Gerard French officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci. [1]
