  	From Gar Watson, correspondent, note of June 23, 2010 I found a marriage reference from a Sacramento paper for his marriage to Amelia Evers.  She married second an Mr. Frazer and had a daughter Marion Frazer born about 1903.  I suspect he was the James C Frazer (abt 1868 - 23 May 1906) buried at the Sacramento City Cemetery, as was Durham Sprague and Emelia Frazer.  A link to the PDF burial index for the cemetery is included below.
