  Notes	(Research): From Ralph D. Sprague, correspondent, note of April 27, 2013 I didn't find any evidence of him in Canada. He is in the 1841 UK census appears to be boarding in St George Hanover Square. He was 19 and a Smith. There is some evidence that Allen may have died by 1871 as I find a widowed Mary Ann Spragg, 48, Formerly Laundress, born Pemlico as the head of a single member family in St George Hanover Square. I found two children Mary and Henry is scholars in two different institutions. Both born Pemlico, London. In 1881 and 1891 Maria Payne, married is listed as Mother in the family headed by her daughter-in-law the widow of son John Allen. From Lorraine Greve, correspondent, note of 20 August 2021 I agree with Ralph Sprague –  I can't find any link to Allen Morris Spragg in Canada I think the Newspaper may have got it's facts wrong [3, 4]
