Charles, married Ruth Favor[sic]. .... Vol II page 746-747 ....John.  The former lived at Spragtown, Ocean county, and was captain of a coasting vessel.  When he relinquished a maritive life he settled in Hamilton township.  He married Catharine, daughter of Israel Rulong, and they become the parents of the following children:... Noted that Mary Adelia Willits is his 3rd wife. Birth year listed as 1828 [2] (Research): From Jane Sanderman Mason, correspondent, note of February 13, 2013 This submission provides information about Charles W. Spragg (after 1870 found as Sprague).  Based on wives and children's names found in the Lee book and Bob Bartlett's research, this is the correct Charles. Charles' second marriage record reports his father is John Spragg and the third marriage record reports his parents are Jno. Sprague and Catharine. [2]
